Wales On The Menu – Home cooks wanted for new radio food series

We are looking for home cooks to bring us a special Welsh dish that could sit happily on a restaurant menu in a top restaurant.

Do you have a recipe with a distinctive Welsh identity? It could be a traditional dish passed through generations of your family. Or it could use terrific Welsh produce in a creative way. With the help of food critic and presenter Simon Wright, you will take your dish to a leading chef and persuade him/her to put it on the restaurant menu for the ultimate taste test.
